Yep, that clock is counting down. You know, when they say “it’s the thought that counts,” they don’t mean simply having a thought. 😉 They mean that how much you spent or how fancy the gift is not the point. It’s the care that went into it. Having the thought and acting on it. And yes, waiting until the last minute isn’t always a good look. But it’s better than empty-handed.
