I'll be heading out early in the morning for a survey trip of a little more than a dozen redwoods groves in Humboldt and the Redwoods National & State Parks. Although I have driven through the Humboldt Redwoods, this will be my first time actually spending time hiking and imaging in the trees. Yeah, I know, that's embarrassing. But it's a correctable oversight.
