Petunias are supposed to be annuals, plants that die each year and have to be replaced. But that’s not always the case. A happy surprise, these lovely Queen of Hearts petunias, sold as annuals and usually discarded after the season ends, have burst into bloom for year two of their colorful display. The lesson? Don’t pull that petunia! Give it a chance to thrive and beautify!
